If you are the type of person who easily talks about your problems to others, it is better from now on to try to control it.

Telling stories or asking others for solutions is sometimes necessary. The note is to do it with the right person. We can't tell anyone anything.

We should be able to determine which people can be the best listeners and advisers. I'm sure at least we've found one comfortable person to be a place to tell stories and problems.

Not intending to be prejudiced, but rather leads to vigilance. Especially if you want to talk about certain things such as personal problems. Because there are some things that many people should not know.

  1. Don't let your problems become public consumption

Telling everyone about the problem won't solve the problem either. Although maybe your hope is that if you tell a story you will get a different point of view, but it actually makes you less focused in dealing with problems.

2. Too much showing your problems makes you seem unstable and immature

When facing a problem, the priority is to think first, not speak. If you do the opposite, can be sure that you think less about finding a way out of the problem.

Indulging in problems shows the impression of being immature, unable to cope with their own problems. In fact, we should be the ones who know best what is best for ourselves.

3. Attention seeking

Even if they're listening and everyone knows you're having a problem, that doesn't mean they can offer advice. Most of them are just curious and nothing more. You should pay attention to yourself first instead of asking others to pay attention to you.

If you want to tell a problem, do it to the right person, who you have trusted and can provide the best direction. Even if you only tell one person, if she/he is the best listener and adviser, it will help you more.
